Dave sounds familiar. Same story I heard last fall. After 3-4 months of headaches I switched to QP. A few minor headaches since with rare instances of late downloads but NOTHING like Reuters Datalink. They (Reuters) charge more, provide less and lie to you on top of it... ht david
