Hey guys, let me suggest Bitfax and Bitcom. They work as flawlessly and effortlessly as a pencil. With the Hotfax menu you used to be able to have this utility automatically loaded to your File Print drop down menu in Word or Excel. However, when MSFT came out with their abomination, they made sure that their code disabled the ability of Hotfax to load the Bitfax tab on the MSFT product. Not to worry, however, because just hitting the CTL P combo brings it up. Has a fantastically easy setup and phone book and log book. I've been using it for 8 years and wouldn't be without it...ever.

Bitfax/Bitcom is from Cheyenne Software.
Hotfax Menu is from Smith Software (MSFT tried to buy these guys several years ago).
