I think that may be because the plaintiffs never expected that David would stand up to Goliath. The plaintiffs may be rethinking their position as we write. I note that earlier today someone indicated that a Business Wire Vice President no longer offers information on the telephone regarding this action (all calls are now referred to an attorney), which is a 180 degree reversal from yesterday (or the day before) when the same Vice President was being quoted in numerous published articles... Gives the casual observer reason to pause and think, doesn't it?
