I think what is also important about the news is that the company is being straightforward and telling shareholders what is going on and who are the people involved. Most pink sheeters and BB stocks trade with little info every getting out to the public other than pure hype.

MGVN is being very responsible and as such will garner more sophisicated money as the deal evolves.
