Red, Diamondex is a freeby, you get what you pay for. Snap is what it's all about and no one is getting diluted over this split... I mean, hell, I'm not here for Hilltop cause there are lot's of hilltops out there to buy.
Take a good look at that map, I think the north shore is where the mine will be located.
