OTC offers C$8.50 after all this. Are they joking, I was very surprised. Do they really want DXX or not? Not much to get excited about. Maybe DXX will flat out tell them where to stick it and they will bump the offer. They have left themselves time for this before the vote. I think $10 sounds more reasonable. Give us a break!
