I don't see anything bad here. The market knew this info and at .10 it's priced into the stock IMO. Debenture holders were getting each share at .33 so thats pretty good for us. Outlook for production looks great, and I understand they have NO DEBT. IMO the price is so low due to some of the Deb holders dumping, and this should dry up hopefully soon. Regards
