Rapidly growing market - BIG advantage to the early leaders, growth rates slow, market attracts additional players. Rapid growth doesn't continue forever. Few barriers - This will be the killer of a number of internuts. Speed of change, the eventual attraction of large well healed corporations and good old fashion competition will make the buck elusive to a number of companies. Momentum - The great magnifier.
