Juan...nice detective work on old Ritzy there. You ought to be a P.I.

KNICers...I just got back from getting married in VA, and moved from NC to Detroit, AND built a new PC, so I have been absent from the forum lately. I just caught up with the posts here over the past few weeks. Although the price of KNIC is currently depressed (and depressing), long term I think it will be a winner, even if PEC and InstaHeat don't pan out perfectly. As long as KNIC keeps racking up these great sales and people keep buying from telemarketers. I don't hear KNIC's core business mentioned all that much here, but I know that PEC may be kinda the future Iomega of the petro-world.

If you think of your stock in KNIC as a medium-long term bond, rather than a volatile stock, maybe you'll sleep better. Just remember, KNIC's core business and infrastructure is solid and growing. A few years ago I had a stock called Jones Medical (JMED). It was also a solid company with good growth, yet the share price erroded just about like KNIC's is doing now. After hitting a high of $15 1/2, it finally hit bottom around $6.00, which was right around the price I sold out in disgust. The next year it went to something like $40.-$50. and split...which just goes to show that value investing often works well and you need to temper your buy-sell decisions with more logic and not so much emotion. As has been stated before, KNIC's current high PE is not very meaningful because of all the expenses they have incurred recently with new acquisitions (i.e. - moneymakers).

Just thought I'd inject some pleasant thoughts during this rough period with the stock.
