RRRI (OTC-BB) Centenary International Corp. is a stock looking to trade up with a 52-week Range 7/8 - 9 5/8 RRRI is now trading near its 52 week low. RRRI has reported Revenues in excess of 100 Million in each of the last two years. Management is trying to move the company from the OTC-BB to the AMEX. RRRI is qualified and approved for trading on the AMEX subject to its share price trading over $3.00. The Company recently completed the filing of its first Annual Report on Form 1O-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. RRRI is involved in the production, transport, storing and sales of agricultural and general commodities within the South and Central America, the Middle East and Pacific markets. The Company also reported 1998 net income of $781,422 after taxes and its minority interest in a subsidiary and 1997 net income after taxes of $143,034. Net income per share for 1998 was $.04, versus $.01 per share in 1997. Shares outstanding used to compute basic earnings per share for both periods were 18,963,500.
