Threadsters,
Here is an analysis "by the numbers" taken from the map with the news release for those of you who have it......first, throw out blocks I-11, I-12, I-13, I-14, K-15, L-11, M-11 and N-12....then assume a density of 2.5 tonnes per cubic meter......on a block by block basis for the remaining 15 contiguous 400-meter square blocks with drill holes, the calculated tonnage per block totals up to a 17.64 million tonne resource.....assuming implied value per tonne (at some combination of grade and average value per carat) stands up at say $US300.00 per tonne, we have identified an in ground resource worth $US5.3 billion dollars(thats $7.95 billion Canadian)....not to bad eh? Oh ya, its open to the north and east and getting thicker....
regards,
teevee
