S-3 filed today. all of the preferreds are cooperating to make over 21 million shares available for purchase. note, however, that virtually all of the preferreds intend to retain varying amounts of their share holdings... methinks that perhaps a friendly acquisition of a majority stake in the company is in the cards...... any other theories?
