Speaking of cash, have they completed their share repurchase? I've not followed Quantum as closely as in the past so forgive me if I missed something obvious.

Earlier you said I shouldn't be so skeptical. I'm not really, but I have had trouble deciding what a tracking stock really means. As it stands, the tape business as a part of Quantum is not enough to make people buy the stock. They have great growth, but earnings are not going up when you look at the company as a whole.

So, when you make a tracking stock, will the growth be real? Will losses, if any, in HDD effect tape? Finally, a stock's price is a bit of hocus pocus anyway, but in the end of the day one reality is that if you buy enough of it, you own the company. Has Quantum rigged it so a hostile bid could never take ownership of the company?

Regards,

Mark
