ALL: Since we all own the float + some owning restricted or Insider
shares I would like to take a vote to see if we can voice our choice
since we own a very very large chunk of MDMI.

For $89.00 a month MDMI could have an own online mall all of its own just like the ichargeit.com!

With all the products MDMI is selling MDMI should have its own online mall & make extra $$$ & Traffic from other store fronts.

So if you want MDMI to have its own online mall vote (yes)

I will send a letter to Investor Relations & MDMI voicing our
vote. To get any where we would need to do a new share count.
So I will do a new share count at the same time but this time
I want to count all shares wether from the float, restricted or
insider owned.

Please tell others that you know that own shares of MDMI to respond.
