Good to hear from you again. For a while I felt sort of alone here.
I've been lurking, but haven't posted for a while. Quite a bit of the posts have been TA or trading oriented, neither of which are all that applicable to me (not that there's anything wrong w/ them, it's just that I usually don't post if I don't have anything to add).
The LRW board at Yahoo! has been pretty darn active. And as per usual there, they've had their usual allotment of nutcases and Children of Incest, but most of the participants there are pretty good people and are fairly knowledgable about LRW.
Who is MR Pink ?
He's a self-styled cowboy who really is, IMO, a slime-crawling maggot.
He's one of the types here on the SI threads who actively recruits a few little sheep, spreads a few rumors around about certain cos. (nevermind that the bulk of his rumors are of his own creation and/or otherwise not grounded in reality), and lets the sheep attack the cos. in question like the mindless soldiers that they are. A few of his handmaidens were among those who were flipping garbage LRW's way last July-Sept.
Pink has a very bad rep, and it's speculated that he actually is a MM who uses the pronouncements to his sheep to further the return on the funds he's managing. I've also read several published accounts of him that are not too flattering (there was an article in the WSJ last year on him, if you would like to seek it out), some of which have implied that he is not above front-running some of his "picks" for his flock. The jerk has even pulled stunts like publishing the home phone number and address on the internet of those who have challenged him. A real peach of a guy.
