Many companies fail. If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is. You have to think that if it was such a good deal, they wouldn't need your money b/c so many people would be knocking at their door. As far as I know there is no law about business plans. Why not wait until a few VC firms due their due diligence. They don't usually throw their money out the door, so you can take a lead from them. What type of net venture?
