I don't like to speak for him, I just report what he says. He does not report magnitude just directional change. However, his top coincides with others. And, he points out that this is the third impulse up (5th wave for the Elliot crowd). I would say he more than a little concerned. When he sends his analysis, I will post. I, personally, have sold down to 25 percent stocks
