I have a million of these (and I can take the high road as well, though I think the below could be pretty effective without even having to "name" the offending software company.) ********************************************************************* tight camera shot of a help desk agent on the phone with a user, telling the user "Reboot". Camera backs to show two help desk agents talking to two different users, and in unison saying "Reboot". Now pull farther away, four saying "Reboot", then eight, then 16, then 32, 64, 128, then pan back to show the entire office building with a chorus of the word "Reboot" eminating from the building. "Re-boot"......."Re-boot"..............."RE-BOOT"...... then do a voice over that says "Want to stop this madness?"..................NOVELL.COM
