Yes. I actually agree with you that the IPO could come off later than many folks on the thread are anticipating, but I don't think the reason for delays would be market conditions. I'm more focused on the SEC paperwork than on market conditions. The fact is, none of us has any concrete information on where things stand with the paperwork--. I've been accumulating my position in BKS for quite some time and continue to add as I free up cash from other trades. I don't have a way to time this thing, given how little information is available, so I just decided some time back that I'd rather be in than out . . . and so I don't worry about timing, day-to-day quotes, opportunity costs of dead money, and so on.
