Further to the VSE notices dated Jan. 28, 1998, and June 10, 1998, the
Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment to
convertible debentures which are now due on Jan. 31, 2001. The principal
amount of the debenture bears no interest and is convertible into shares at
60 cents until Jan. 31, 2000, and at 69 cents until Jan. 31, 2001.
