I (and probably a zillion others) had the same thought about yahoo more than a year ago. How in the heck can a company with a search engine and a robust chat capability ever make money. Well the stock was at 16 and it's what today? Give EFAX some time to mature it's business model. Document processing via the internet is in its infancy. Others, smarter than myself, maybe able to shed some light on where this all going in the future. Cheers
