All, Keep in mind that there has been absolutely no press or hype on CNBC et al even mentioning BNBN as an upcoming IPO...

I think the institutions have dropped the "cone of silence" on BKS until they have finished accumulating prior to the BNBN offering. Institutional buy messages have increased steadily in recent weeks, even as the share price has decreased; they're picking shares off the bid in small lots. Once they've all made their way in, I expect the media will dutifully get on the story.
