I called the Investor Relations Director for HEC about the web site. He said they should have it back online by the end of May, but said they'd be reviewing the situation because they have not had many hits at their site. I, for one, often went there because it seemed to be the fastest place to receive breaking news stories on the company. They also had links to SEC filings and had an overview of company operations. I think it's pretty weak that the site has been down for about a month now.
