Leonard: Apparently the company's closed a deal on some property in the NWT. It involves a stock swap which needs approval of the ASE and that's what is holding up the announcement. They are also negotiating on some large claims in Mexico in addition to what they already have.
To aggravate the situation further the ASE is down today and not much is getting done.
