I really, really, really, really LIKE this news... I still think RMLL is a STEAL at these levels. The private placement will be done at 20 cents which means the company (and the private investors) anticipate it will rise much higher than 20cents!!! I think, RMLL is looking out for its shareholders. It is looking to become a profitable company and increase its share price... It's late. I am going to bed and we'll talk in the morning guys!!!
