Auric- they are granting options on 1.5 million JBOH shares.

I'm pleased the conversion price is $1.31. Being short, it tells me these guys are short-term. If it was $7.50, that would give management an incentive to fly the company right.

Jarratt gets 800,000 shares. $10.4Million
Lewis gets 750,000 shares. $9.75Million

That's 1.55 Million shares, eventually.

The Float is 6.9 Million, out of 14.7 Million Outstanding.

I assume these shares come out of the Shares Outstanding, right? They wouldn't just create 1.5Million shares out of thin air. ( Shareholders would have to vote to increase number of shares before that could happen.)

I'm a techno, not an accountant. Somebody help me out here.

Anyway, those 1.55 million shares are 22% of the float!
