Yes, I spoke to SXG today. It appears that you are correct in the assessment of the pp that SXG did last year. The anniversary date was the beginning of March. It is expected that there will not be too much selling. Things were, apparently, slowed down, in San Isabel due to the weather, however, all is going according to plan...wish I could remember the gentleman's name...it wasn't Jamie. As indicated in an earlier posting, all the selling in the afternoon yesterday was done in small lots (only one lot over 3,000 shares) so I'm not TOO worried at this point. Regards,
