John, You DA Man! Thanks for the excellent summary.

And coming from you, I know it is a reliable source -- although the offbeat, (Berkeley-influenced perhaps?), sense of humor may make others wonder who don't know you from John PenderGast4 or 5, for that matter.

1. I like that fact that JC has increased his personal stake in the company by 10%.

2. "Major partnerships in the heavy petting stage" -- something we guessed all along. After all, they've brought on several top people from Oracle. It is a no brainer to figure they've got to be doing something with ORCL at a minimum and who else... ?

And of, course, the tried and true symptoms of good things in the works is in the chart where we have had a classic textbook example of accumulation with block trades. Something is up.

We'll see how ASPT moves tomorrow!

Another point gleaned by reading between the lines of your commentary is that it sounds like management did not drop any bad surprises on the shareholders. In other words, there weren't any new negatives disclosed (above and beyond the news presented at the earnings conference call) that would encourage people to sell ASPT. Sounds like the reverse is true.

Unless, of course, you only posted good things and ferreted out negatives. But because you da "Chairman of The Board" (this message board), I doubt you'd do so.
