Jim, Another great post. In fact I think that both your and SO's posts were absolutely fantastic. However, the folks that bought MRK in the 80's probably feel the bear has already grabbed them by the a**. It's all a matter of perception. As I reviewed a bunch of charts tonight, I can only come to the conclusion that we are about to experience an explosive move! I really try not to anticipate, but only react, and couldn't possibly guess which way the move will be. I find myself more and more having to get a read on the 60-min charts and play the 5-min moves. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was playing 20-mins delayed. Now, you can get your head handed to you in 20 mins. I see a lot of the Big Boy charts poised for a move up. If that move doesn't happen, it's going to get ugly. In any case, there is a lot of money to be made in this market for those that got a grip on their TA skills. I would just add my note of caution to react to what the market gives you, don't inject the emotion of trying to anticipate. We are witnessing violent sector rotation. Surf's Up! Ride the Wave!
