Keith, Good idea. And it's not too hard to do either. I'm thinking there's a lot that should have been done and isn't, in what they are trying to do with Ichargeit. They probably could do better going it alone. Here's a good place to start smithfam.com, they've got everything ya ever wanted or needed to know.

As for share count, I've got 38,500 unrestricted (and kind of moldy) shares.
