Karen : Indeed so. Frankly, and being the cynic I am, I don't believe the airstrikes have anything to do with helping the Kosovar Albanians. In fact, the more the refugees the more they hit Kosovo and, now, Montenegro. And, the "collateral damage" is getting greater and greater. I think the whole thing is sick, sick..... (And that also refers to the way I feel about it!)
