I don't think the sale meant anything Jason. Just like we unload something to use some
of our profits, Nacchio did the same. Of course when we take a trip to Europe on
profits, it is not noticed. With Joe and the others it is recorded. Means nothing.

Well...I agree now. I recvd. the proxy yesterday...and have not taken the time to really comb through it. i did find, however, that Nacchio has stock options that he is forced to use at distinct time intervals. These options were given to him because of the options that he had to forgo when he left AT&T. (He quit...thus left some goodies behind that Qwest is making up to him)

I don't think that we have ANYTHING to be concerned with. As a matter of fact if we go down today....I will use margin to purchase additional shares.
