There was a frequent poster to AT's APM thread called Rudy who set up such a portfolio across a broad range of industries last August. Here it is: techstocks.com I'll try to find time this weekend to calculate the change in value. Rudy was a knowledgeable poster with interesting TA insights. He turned very bearish at the beginning of the August-October correction, for instance. Wonder what happened to him?
