Just so you are clear, you have accused Janice of shorting BB stocks and then posting messages attempting to cause a price decline in her financial favor. This activity you accuse her of would be a crime, if it were true. She responded countless times, but one will do: Message 9225840 Your latest posts accuse her of the same and, since they occurred after a denial, of being a liar. In this post, you point out that you are aware that this is a public forum. Message 9234991 So, what we have here is a case of libel unless you can prove your accusations. With all the lawsuits whipping around these days, I'd be more careful what I whispered. Oh, and it is not a defense to say that your accusations were only expressing an opinion.
