In other words talking to ones self is OK? If I understand correctly your suggesting that if one is talking to onesself and happens to ask a question (would that include rhetorical questions?)it is permisable to answer, perhaps even rude not to. Thus a sign of a real problem is when one asks oneself a question and responds that they don't understand the question. At that point it might suggest that the poster is a bit of a nut case. Hmmmmmmm...., I think I've run into a few of those around SI, nuts that is but not Mad!
