I just got off the phone w/ DLJ, and all I can say is they are worthless. I had an order in for INKT at 128, and the offer was 128... was pending for 2 minutes, then the second it opened, the offer went to 128 1/16 and ran to 131 from there. I called the jerks and the idiot that answered tried to tell me that it takes a minute for them to get the order. I told him he was full of it and that I used to get 6 second fills on orders, market or not... he said it only took a minute which is not unusual for them to get my order. I told him BS again and I gave him the times and stuff (I guess they forget we have all that) and confirmed it was over 2 minutes. They wouldn't give me jack, no free commissions, nothing. DLJ used to be so good with executions, now they plain suck... 5 minutes for a market order in a non-fast market, what a bunch of crap. Oh yeah, I did the usual hold for 1/2 an hour before you get someone, thank God I rarely ever have to trade with them by phone. Isn't it cute that they don't recognize MRBA as an IPO today? Means I can't trade that one, and I'm not going to try and do it by phone. Sorry for venting to you. Jason
