Analysts have said the offer is too low. Gees, what a surprise.

If OTEX ups the bid to 10, will depend on how DOCS/HUMC react. Personally, not too happy at 10 either. If they up it to 11-12, canadian cash, then it is game over for DOCS. At this point, the market is telling OTEX that the offer is too low but OTEX has not shown a lot of class in dealing with DOCS anyway.

Contrary to this, checkout what CA did with PLAT when they made the offer.
