I caught a news release from another company that it seems is traveling down the path that INFE hopes to travel, it's called Hitsgalore.com (OTC:BB HITT). They announced today they have expanded their board to qualify for Nasdaq listing. 52 week low was .14, but the stock is now trading at $11+ after the company announced it wrangled a $10M private placement (does all this sound familiar?).

I guess my point is it is possible for these stocks to get out of the OTC:BB if they have the hook. Another interesting thing I found in this company's news release today are the qualifications to get listed:
"All of the rules for Initial Listing,
including a minimum Market Capitalization of $75 million, a Public Float of at least 1.1 million
shares, a Market Value of Public Float of $20 million and a Minimum Bid Price of $5 per share, can
be found on the Nasdaq Stock Market Home Page located at www.nasdaq-amex.com. "
Check me if I'm wrong here guys, but wouldn't that mean if Tom's goal was to get listed this year the stock would have to be at apx $10 (with shares = 8 mill)?
