Cathi, well, it surely look as if this suit is not welcomed by the market. I think you might be right about the misspelling of Berg's name. If it turns out to be Berg, then the whole assumptions of Berg's benevolence could be replaced with Berg's smart timing. Someone bought those shares off him and sold them back to him last year under $5. Not a bad deal, for Berg, but not for that, now irate, someone.
