Cathi, you can indirectly thank Bill Wexler for that site. I found it from a recent post of his.

I had heard before that VLNC insiders had sold a considerable amount of shares prior to the 1994 debacle. But until yesterday's article came out which indicated the announcement of the failed contract was in May 1994, I didn't know the proximity of those sales to the actual announcement. And before I found that site, I didn't know the magnitude of the sales.

By the way, I assume Carl E. Barg is actually Carl E. Berg.
