NEW OR POTENTIAL TLWN SHAREHOLDERS: Worth a look; quick DD for you.

UTICA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999--One of the nation's
largest gardening clubs has given two products made by Trim-A-Lawn
Corporation (TLWN:OTC BB) its seal of approval, following tests from
its membership.
The National Home Gardening Club (NHGC), a 500,000 member
organization of gardening enthusiasts, recently tested Trim-A-Lawn's
Deluxe "LE" trimmer and Easy Trim trimmers and gave both a high enough
rating to earn use of its seal of approval.

ANOTHER RECENT PR:
President Dallas Jones commented, "We are very pleased
to be supplying all of Menards stores with our product.. we look
forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship." Trim-A-Lawn
Corporation expects to be shipping its products to over 15 regional
and national retail accounts during 1999 as compared to 8 in 1998.

Trim-A-Lawn's President Dallas Jones commented on the Wal-Mart order
stating, "This is our second year building trimmers for Wal-Mart, but it is
especially important to note that Wal-Mart has forecast it will order at least
three times the number of trimmers ordered last year. We are expecting a
strong sell-through during the season." Jones also added, "Our walk behind
trimmers and accessories are gaining in acceptance with the homeowner who is

This announcement comes after the company has received announced orders
