Today's update from Internet Stock News. The confirmation of NASDAQ seems to be helping the stock. It should only get better from here!

BILLSERV.COM, INC. (OTC BB: BLLS)

In a recent message sent to shareholders, billserv.com's CEO, Michael Long, stated that the company continues to work hard to provide value, strength, and stability to their shareholders. In the update, Mr. Long highlighted the company's addition of two new personnel, the company's new partnership with the CheckFree Corporation (NASDAQ: CKFR), and the company's successful signing of two pilot programs allowing a potential total of approximately 2,250,000 individuals and organizations to pay and receive their bills online. In addition, Mr. Long highlighted the announcement of the new bill payment portal, bills.com, and the company's recent media coverage in InformationWeek, C|NET's news.com, Red Herring, USA Today, Inter@ctiveWeek, the Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition and the Online Reporter.

Lastly, and we quote, Mr. Long states “We expect to file a registration statement with the SEC and file for NASDAQ Small Cap listing within the next 30 days. Through these actions, we will attain reporting status and reach a level of visibility that only NASDAQ can provide.”
