Navigant is moving up this morning on heafty volume - someone is starting to take notice. We are near the top of the resistance level, a day or two more to the upside and FLYR will have solidly broken through. I wouldn't be surprised if it took some time to absorb this resistance level (at around 7) but the volume is growing which can lead to a quick break out. The trend appears to be set, a bit more momentum and the stock can move up substantially, IMO. Negatives are that it is still under-followed and no new analysts that I know of have jumped on board yet.
