Nasd - Preferred Securities has filed a submission. J - Preferred, not Paramount? when? and the status is? Nas - Yes Preferred Securities, I can't disclose the date, but at present it is in the "Comment Stage". J - what's that mean? Nas - It means deficiencies were brought up by staff. J - Your staff? Nasd? What are the deficiencies. Nas - Yes, it would be our staff, deficiencies would be concerns. A letter has been sent to Preferred Securities. J - When was that letter sent? Nas - sorry I can't disclose the date. J - so where does the submission sit right now, limbo?? Nasd - you could put it that way, we wait for Preferred to reply. So there you have my call. Draw your own conclusions. What happened to Paramount?
