Hi Linda, Yes, the waiting is tedious. I've been "counting chickens" as to what I will do with the $$$$ if it is a cash purchase from PHG. If it's a nice trading stock that is offered as a buy-out from someone else, I'll probably just continue on without the capital gain hit. Mid-May still seems like a long time away! Best regards, Tom
