20.00/share seems a conservative price target looking into q3 and q4 as I think if j.chew has not rasied his est. acrt will beat them . They have started hiring more accout exes. to make up for lossed time. The market will give actrade a high multiple based on their hudge growth rate. I would be picking at acrt form a individual investors stand point. T.A on acrt i don't think will work considering the small float and the fact that there has been huge blocks of shares being bought below the bid. best J.C acrt is sound fundementially!! and is undervalued based on their growth rate of 75.
