owned subsidiary, The Diamond Shopping Club, will be integrated into
VeeAreCity.com's INTERNET SHOPPING MALL.

The Diamond Shopping Club will offer its diamonds and other precious gems

Refundable Guarantee and a pre-approved credit line. All Diamonds weighing
one carat or more will be certified by a GIA Graduate Gemologist. Buyers will
download a full Virtual Reality enabled online catalog and can place orders
24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Also in the planning stage is THE DIAMOND SHOPPING CLUB ONLINE
AUCTION HOUSE, where all visitors to the site may offer their diamonds,
