Herm, So I restate my last question in my post, which you didn't answer in your post. Hey, I know you're busy educating us all . . . My favorite stock for CCing according to your parameters is GCTI -- Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories. They're in the Computer/Telephone Integration business. There's been a lot of M&A here recently, and the company does make money. Currently hanging right at a strike price of 17.5. Check it out when you get a chance. I am not in it right now, but am keeping my eye on it. What do you think of it? Cheers and Good Trading, Tuck
