DALLAS (April 30) BUSINESS WIRE -April 30, 1999--CBQ Inc. (OTC BB:CBQI)
announced today that at a special meeting of its shareholders a new
board of directors has been elected. Elected to the board were Michael
L. Sheriff, current Chairman and CEO of CBQ, William Flannery, current
Secretary of CBQ, Sidney Lieberman, former founder and Chairman of
Priority One Electronic Commerce Corporation, Bernie Roemmele, Chairman
and CEO of CitX, Inc., and Lynn Elliott, Dallas attorney.

CBQ acquired a 10% equity interest in CitX through its acquisition of
Priority One Electronic Commerce Corporation; and has begun discussions
leading to the acquisition of CitX Corporation, www.citx.net, of
Quakertown, Pa.
