Yes, the information you have noted has been available for some time. BTW, it is a near certainty that the Scudder selling was completed yesterday. We will have to wait a some time before we know for certain, but the way the stock acted strongly suggested that the seller actually forced the sale (by offering stock below the price originally achieved following the press release), only to be taken out on a series of trades initiated with a 56,000 share block at $4.50.

I remain of the view that the company is making the turn in its performance even now. The AI problems aren't fully solved, of course, but if that division merely performs along the lines of the first quarter results, my 1999 and 2000 earnings estimates are $.50 and $.80, respectively.

That would justify a much higher price than here. I am a patient man...but I am truly hoping for a moderate turn at AI. If they can make it even marginally profitable, the company could earn a buck in 2000, and the stock should be trading at a price at least three times the current level.
